About Edward Spenceley

Edward Spenceley is the founder of M68 Advisory Services and a recognized leader within the government contracting community. With nearly three decades at Bank of America, including serving as National Government Contracting Executive, Edward has spent his career advising government contractors, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders on the strategic, financial, and operational challenges that drive success in the federal marketplace.

Drawing on experience in military service, commercial banking, and government contracting, Edward provides guidance in business strategy, financing, capture planning, teaming relationships, organizational growth, and transition planning. His unique background enables him to help organizations navigate complex decisions, capitalize on opportunities, and position themselves for long-term success.

In addition to his professional experience, Edward has served in leadership and advisory roles with numerous organizations supporting the defense and national security community, including the Global SOF Foundation, Women in Defense, AFCEA, and the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce.
